Afonso Eulálio (Bahrain Victorious) a conservé le maillot de leader du classement général du Giro 2026 à l’issue de la 12e étape disputée ce jeudi 21 mai remportée par son équipier Alec Segaert. Aucun changement parmi les premiers dans la course au maillot rose avec le Portugais de 24 qui a toujours Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike) pointé à 27 secondes et Thymen Arensman (Netcompany INEOS) à la 3e place provisoire du général du Tour d’Italie à 1:57.
