Lucinda Stewart (20 ans) a remporté les Championnats d’Australie 2025 ce dimanche à Perth après 109 kilomètres de course. La jeune coureuse australienne, qui a rejoint l’équipe Liv-AlUla-Jayco Continentale durant l’inter-saison, a créé la surprise en s’imposant devant les favorites. Dans un sprint en petit comité, elle a devancé Ella Simpson (St Michel – Preference Home – Auber93) et Cassia Boglio (Meridian Blue p/b 99 Bikes). Lucinda Stewart a aussi remporté le titre chez les Espoirs par la même occasion.
